Connecting With Your PowerSoul Self

Nova Scotia is a special place that pulses with powerful and wondrous energies! The energy vibrations from the rocks, land and sea are palpable! In our modern society, most of us are not taught how to connect with the natural world and our ancestors. Without these connections we are unable to connect with the many energy sources that can fuel our personal power and connections with the universal energy and top up our PowerSoul Self.  This workshop will draw upon the unique, powerful and healing energies of Nova Scotia.

In this full day, in-person workshop for Connecting with your PowerSoul Self  you will learn how to: call in your own power, reach out to your ancestors/helping spirits and experience techniques to connect with Nature in a profound way. This knowledge and experiences will assist you in connecting you to your own unique soul path and open ancient connections that will ignite your experiences of sacred healing and personal growth.

By the end of this workshop, you will have learned many practical, enriching techniques and how to use them in your everyday life for empowerment, personal growth, and healing. The day will be a fabulous and sacred experience…

You will have the opportunity to:

• Seek information from helping spirits
• Reach out to Nature and learn how to connect, listen and receive healing and power from the Natural World 
• The events and experiences of the day offer a unique, transformative experience that will expand your understanding of yourself, the world around you and your direct connection to it.

What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket.  Wear comfortable clothing, warm socks, and bring a bandanna and cushion. (Please note: A lot of the activities are conducted lying down on the floor for periods of time, so be sure to bring whatever you will need to be comfortable.) There will be chairs and tables that can be used during non-floor work activities. Bring a pen and notebook to record what you learn and your experiences. Having a good supply of water is also recommended – this can be thirsty work!

Breaks and Lunch: Light snacks will be provided for morning and afternoon breaks, but feel free to bring your own. There will be a lunch break of approximately 1 hour. You can bring your own lunch, there are picnic tables in a nearby parkette, or there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk from our workshop location.

Post workshop…

All workshop participants are invited to participate (via Zoom) in a 2-hour online PowerSoul Self circle hosted by The Wired Shaman. The scheduling of this event will be 2-3 weeks after the workshop, to allow participants to try out their new skills and sensibilities! This online gathering will provide participants the opportunity to reconvene with the original workshop group, share experiences that have occurred since the workshop, and do some more in-depth explorations and journeys.
